We present the world’s first AdBlue SCR + DPF emulator for the Volkswagen Crafter Euro 6 with the Bosch MD1CS104 engine control unit, specifically designed to permanently solve chronic emission system issues in this model. Malfunctions in the SCR and DPF systems significantly reduce vehicle performance and generate high service costs and downtime.

Why the emulator is essential

The AdBlue system often triggers faults related to:

Installation instructions

Note: Eliminates the issue of being unable to start the ignition. Even if the odometer is reset, it automatically returns to 50 km. This does not trigger the engine or injection warning lights.
Since the product is in beta version, we recommend connecting it after resolving faults and clearing the 50 km counter. When connected this way, the screen warning will not appear again.
If the counter cannot be cleared, the vehicle will not lose power, and the malfunction indicator will not illuminate; only the screen warning will remain.
In the next version, updates and documentation for resetting screen warnings will be included.
