Hz FREQUENCY
The HZ Frequency software allows testing of devices controlled via digital PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signals. The READ/WRITE ECU/TCU software is an advanced tool that enables simulation of digital-analog signals as well as configuration of the peripheral comparator device “GPTA.” In this context, the GPT1 and GPT2 signals play a key role in enabling the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) to enter a special service programming mode known as BENCH-TSM (BENCH – Test Mode Service). This mode allows access to the ECU system to perform necessary service operations or modifications.
Using the BENCH TESTER expands service capabilities through compatibility with external ECU/TCU read and write software such as PcmFlash, BitBox, and others. With the PassThru J2534 interface, supported by devices like OpenPort 2.0, Launch diagnostic heads, Autel, VAS, VCX, MDII, and many more, technicians can easily adapt ECU/TCU settings to specific vehicle requirements or perform necessary software updates.
Additionally, the BENCH TESTER can simulate CNF1-BOOT signals, which are required for programming in BOOT MODE. This mode is essential for deep access to the ECU/TCU software, allowing full memory access.
