The GYSFLASH 107.24 CNT FV is a 100 A – 24 V battery maintenance unit. Ideal for servicing trucks and forklifts, it can be used with both lead-acid and lithium batteries. It features a bright and intuitive interface. With built-in USB SMC connectivity, you can import specific charging curves into the system and customize them to your needs. Charging: for 6V, 12V, 16V, and 24V batteries, lead-acid or lithium (“standard” Li-ion + LFP) from 5 to 1200 Ah.
Diagnostics: supports up to 100A batteries at 12V, 16V, or 24V for vehicles under diagnostic testing.
Non-standard battery voltages: the online configurator allows you to adapt the charger to specific lithium batteries used in electric or hybrid vehicles with charging capability.
Flexible voltage: the charger operates with a supply voltage from 85 to 265 V.
Fully automatic, intelligent charging curve in 8 or 9 steps (50% faster than a traditional charger).
Customization options:
Define your own charger configuration by adding, removing, or modifying modes and including your own charging curves.
Import charging curves created by our internal GYS engineers for specific applications (lithium, traction, etc.), available for direct download from the website.
Transfer charging data and history to a USB drive for processing in a spreadsheet.
Connect additional modules (printer, barcode reader, etc.) via the dedicated module port (SMC: Smart Module Connector).
