AdBlue SCR+DPF Deactivation Emulator for Iveco Daily MD1CS069
In Iveco Daily models equipped with the MD1CS069 ECU, failures in the SCR (AdBlue) and DPF (diesel particulate filter) systems can cause significant time losses and high repair costs for both individual users and fleet managers. The most common issues in these systems include: AdBlue level and quality sensor failures, pump and injector problems, AdBlue freezing at low temperatures, the use of poor-quality DEF fluid, DPF clogging, regeneration faults, and constantly illuminated engine warning lights.
A clogged DPF filter, in particular, blocks exhaust gases, leading to engine overload, increased fuel consumption, reduced traction, and even activation of limp mode. This increases both maintenance costs and the risk of vehicle breakdowns.
The SCR + DPF Removal Emulator for Iveco Daily MD1CS069 has been specifically developed to address these issues by electronically deactivating the AdBlue (SCR) and DPF systems. The vehicle’s ECU detects these systems as fully operational. As a result, even if the actual components are faulty, no warning lights will appear, engine performance will not drop, and the engine will not enter limp mode.
The emulator not only eliminates fault codes and warning lights but also provides noticeable fuel savings. The engine continues to operate at full efficiency without restrictions. In addition, by disabling the DPF regeneration process, the risk of filter blockage is completely removed — resulting in smoother engine operation, improved exhaust flow, and extended engine life.
The emulator comes as a ready-to-install module, prepared for easy mounting in your vehicle. Installation instructions
Features and Benefits:
- Eliminates all AdBlue-related issues such as warning lights, AdBlue errors, and torque reduction
- Engine performance remains unchanged and the vehicle continues to run smoothly
- No need to use AdBlue fluid, reducing maintenance and refill costs
- Passes vehicle inspections without any issues (AdBlue system simulation without errors)
- 5-year warranty – safe and reliable investment
- Works without interfering with the vehicle’s ECU, preserving the original system
Simulated Systems:
- Average NOx sensor
- Downstream NOx sensor
- Particulate matter (PM) sensor
- HCU (Urea Control Unit) connector
- 7-pin AdBlue pump connector
Start-Stop Information: After installing the emulator, the Start-Stop function must be deactivated. Please refer to the instructions in the vehicle’s user manual.
Note: Before installing the emulator, it is recommended that the soot level be within the range of 10–20 grams. To achieve this value, if possible, perform a regeneration process or reset the soot level prior to installation. This is the most effective installation method.
If regeneration cannot be performed and the DPF level is high after installing the emulator, the vehicle will automatically start the regeneration process. In this case, do not press the accelerator or brake pedal, and do not drive the vehicle until regeneration is complete. Please wait for the process to finish. Depending on the saturation level and temperature conditions, this procedure may take 20 to 40 minutes. To ensure successful regeneration, the exhaust gas temperature sensors must be in good working condition.
“DPF/SCR emulators (and solutions that interfere with exhaust emission control systems) may only be used in off-road applications,
e.g. for verifying damaged components/performing diagnostics. The installation and use of such devices in vehicles traveling on public roads is
illegal. The buyer declares that they are purchasing the product solely for lawful applications and bears full responsibility for its installation and use.”
