ThinkCar HML 24V – Diagnostic Module for Commercial Vehicles

The ThinkCar HML 24V is an expansion module that extends the diagnostic capabilities of THINKTOOL EURO MASTER and EURO EXPERT 391 diagnostic tools to commercial vehicles. It enables diagnostics of trucks, vans, buses, trailers, as well as selected construction, agricultural and industrial machinery. The module allows technicians to diagnose vehicle electronic systems, read and clear fault codes, monitor live data and perform supported service and special functions. Communication between the diagnostic tool and the HML VCI interface is wireless via Bluetooth.

Diagnostic Capabilities

The ThinkCar HML module provides access to diagnostic functions in supported commercial vehicles.
Key features include:

• Read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) – identify fault codes stored in vehicle control units and clear them after performing diagnostics.
• Electronic system diagnostics – access supported vehicle control units and systems, including the engine, ABS and safety systems.
• Live Data – monitor real-time data transmitted by vehicle control units, including coolant temperature and engine operating parameters.
• Active tests – activate selected components to check their operation.
• Service functions – perform supported procedures, such as service interval resets, EPB functions and injector-related operations.
• Adaptations and special functions – perform supported adjustment and configuration procedures for vehicle components.

The module supports diagnostics for vehicles from manufacturers including:

• Mercedes-Benz
• Iveco
• Renault Trucks
• Volvo
• Scania
• Neoplan

For vehicles equipped with a 16-pin OBD II connector, basic engine diagnostic data may also be available, depending on the functions supported by the vehicle.
