AutoTuner Slave Tool Transfer to a New Master

Slave Tool Transfer is a service that allows an AutoTuner Slave device to be transferred from its current Master account to a new Master. The transfer requires approval from the current Master. The device must first be released from the current Master’s account by performing the “Slave Tool Release” operation.

How does the transfer process work?

1. Contact your current Master and ask them to perform the “Slave Tool Release” operation.
2. Contact us and provide:
   • Current User / Slave ID
   • New Master ID
   • AutoTuner Slave device serial number
3. We will verify whether the transfer can be performed.
4. Once approved, we will transfer the device to the specified Master.

Important information about files and backups

After transferring the device to a new Master, previously read files and previously created backups may no longer be compatible with the device. Before completing the transfer, make sure that all necessary files and data have been properly secured.
